Choquette is also a fabulous restaurant in the Pacific Heights neighborhood of SF! Glad that no fingers were lacerated in the making of these chouquettes.

They look delightful, but this is why I cannot make desserts right now–the yield is too much for two people, and neither of us have the sweet tooth that justifies trying this…for now. But it may be an excellent thing to test out at the next small dinner party in anticipation of a larger gathering…
