Wish everyone a Safe and Joyful Thanksgiving! I lost this recipe this past summer and am so thankful it was posted.
Just so everyone knows how good these are: My husband took a batch to a friend of our who happens to be one of the local cops, well our friend popped one in his mouth and looked at my husband, drew his gun and told him ” tell the Ole Lady I’ll be there at sundown, she better make another batch for me” LOL

As a tradition, my Aunt Martha always made pumpkin ice cream, which in my happy taste-memories was far superior to any pumpkin ice cream, ever.
I think she ACTUALLY made a frozen pumpkin cheesecake, because this sounds divine.

Long time fan, first time commenting. I love every dish that you’ve posted. It’s like we’ve been friends for 15 years or something!?! You really speak to my stomach. Speaking of stomachs…mine is already feeling the Thanksgiving bludge. Have any ideas for easy and light, non-salad, meals for post-Thanksgiving dinner from one pumpkin cheesecake lover to another?
